pkpkp Terms & Conditions

1.1 Introduction to the Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the pkpkp platform and every individual ("User" or "Player") who uses its services. By accessing the pkpkp website or creating an account, you are considered to have read, accepted, and agreed to all the contents of these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use any of pkpkp's services.

1.2 Key Definitions

• "Platform" — The pkpkp website, all its sub-pages, mobile version, and related services.
• "User" / "Player" — Any adult individual registered on the platform.
• "Account" — Each user's personal registered profile.
• "Balance" — The total amount of funds in an account (deposited funds and bonuses combined).

• "Wagering Requirement" — The condition specifying the total amount that must be wagered before winnings from a bonus can be withdrawn.

2.1 Age Condition

To create an account on pkpkp and use any of its services, a user must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited.

2.2 Prohibited Persons

The following categories of individuals may not create an account or use services on pkpkp:

• Any person under 21 years of age.
• pkpkp employees, contractors, or their immediate family members.
• Anyone whose account has previously been permanently closed by pkpkp.
• Anyone operating multiple accounts on behalf of the same individual.

3.1 Single Account Policy

Only one pkpkp account is allowed per person, address, or household. If multiple accounts belonging to the same individual are detected, all related accounts will be blocked and any earned bonuses will be forfeited.

3.2 Accuracy of Information at Registration

All information provided at the time of registration must be fully accurate, genuine, and up to date. Registering with false or misleading information may result in account cancellation. It is the user's responsibility to notify the support team immediately of any changes to their information.

3.3 Password & Account Security

Keeping your account password confidential is entirely your responsibility. pkpkp will never ask for your password via email or chat. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify the support team immediately.

• Use a strong password — combining numbers, letters, and special characters.
• Never share your password with anyone.
• Be cautious when logging in from public devices or networks.

4.1 Payment Methods

pkpkp currently supports the following mobile banking methods for players in Bangladesh:

• bKash — Bangladesh's popular mobile financial service.
• Nagad — The digital financial service of the postal department.
• Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile wallet service.
• Upay — UCB Bank's mobile payment service.

The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳100 (one hundred taka).

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount for any method is ৳500 (five hundred taka). Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes.

Withdrawals must be made to the registered payment account. Sending funds to a third-party account is not permitted.

4.3 Deposit Security

pkpkp uses SSL encryption technology to keep all financial transactions secure. If any payment is delayed, please contact the support team.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

pkpkp offers new players a 120% first-deposit bonus of up to ৳5,000. The bonus applies to the first deposit only.

For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,200 bonus — giving a total balance of ৳2,200. Or a deposit of ৳10,000 earns a maximum bonus of ৳5,000 — giving a total balance of ৳15,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus only — not on the deposit.

5.3 General Terms for Bonus Use

• An account may not receive the welcome bonus more than once.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirement is completed.
• pkpkp reserves the right to impose limits on the use of bonuses in specific games.
• If a bonus is obtained or used fraudulently, it will be forfeited.
• pkpkp may change, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time.

6.1 Fair Play Obligation

pkpkp is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent environment across all games. All games on the platform are operated using secure and impartial technology.

Users may not engage in any of the following activities:

• Operating games using software, bots, or automated tools.
• Identifying system errors or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other users to influence the outcome of any game.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions.

6.2 Game Results

The outcome of each game is determined in a technically independent and impartial manner. If a game is not completed correctly due to a technical error, pkpkp reserves the right to void that round and refund the amount wagered. 6.3 Cricket & Sports Betting

In the sports betting section, all bet outcomes are determined based on the official result of the relevant event. pkpkp reserves the right to suspend or void markets under specific circumstances — particularly if an event is abandoned or a data error occurs.

7.1 Aware Gaming Policy

pkpkp believes that gaming is a form of entertainment — not a source of income in any way. We encourage all our players to play mindfully and within their limits.

• Never bet more than you can afford.
• Avoid placing further bets to recover losses.
• Do not prioritize gaming over social or family responsibilities.

9.2 Account Closure by the User

Any user may request to close their account at any time by contacting the support team. Before the account is closed, the user will be given the opportunity to withdraw any eligible balance; however, bonus funds linked to incomplete wagering requirements will be forfeited.

10.1 Technical Errors & Disruptions

pkpkp strives to maintain the highest technical standards, but temporary disruptions may occur in some cases. pkpkp will not be held liable for losses caused by server downtime, internet connectivity issues, or disruptions to third-party services.

10.2 User's Own Liability

The user is solely responsible for all activities carried out on their account. If account information falls into the hands of a third party and any loss occurs, pkpkp will not be held liable, unless a fault in pkpkp's own security systems is proven.

10.3 Dispute Resolution

Any dispute or complaint must first be submitted in writing to pkpkp's support team. The support team will review the matter within a reasonable time and communicate their decision. pkpkp's decision will be considered final.

11.1 Right to Amend Terms

pkpkp reserves the right to amend, change, or update these terms at any time. Changes will take effect from the moment they are published on the website.

For significant changes, a notice will be sent to the registered email address or posted on the platform. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the new terms.

11.2 Language & Interpretation

The Bengali version of these terms will be considered authoritative. If any ambiguity arises in interpretation, pkpkp's interpretation will be considered final.
